I have yet to use Uber or Lyft for a ride anywhere because I do have my own transportation. But, owners of some late-model sedans say confused Uber and Lyft customers have been piling their luggage or equipment into their hatchbacks or trunks and then piling themselves into their back seats—prompting some awkward exchanges; ‘It was a cocktail of emotions’.
