Spring Forward. Florida's Push to Keep Daylight Saving Time Year Round.

Here comes an extra hour of daylight at the end of the workday. We Spring forward Sunday morning.

Sleep doctors suggest going to bed 15 minutes earlier and waking up a half hour earlier a few days before the time change to help our bodies adjust to the time change.

We keep hearing about a push to make DST permanent. Maybe this will be the last time we change our clocks.
