We here in Florida may not be the most familiar with this concept but for some reason in places where it gets cold, people have a tradition of going on polar plunges where they submerge themselves in bodies of cold water. I don't much understand why but I assume it's boredom. Anyway this woman decided to do a polar plunge for the first time and her reactions are enough to let me know that I'm not missing out on anything.
