At some point you have to realize that if you keep putting money into a vending machine like this, that you're just severely overpaying for some chips that you were probably already overpaying for.
A guy thinks he hit the holy grail of vending machine opportunities when he had a stack of chips get stuck on each other. It looks like all they need is one good drop and this guy could potentially get three bags for the price of one. Except they never come down and this guy keeps putting more and more money into the machine trying to get these things to fall.
