Even animals have a FloriDUH moment. A woman out for a walk in her neighborhood in Sebastian County came up on an otter chasing a coyote. We're thinking that the coyote wanted the otter for lunch and the otter wouldn't have it. The woman making this video is pretty brave, It's a coyote!
