We've all had those experiences doing the drive thru thing where the person sounds miserable on the other end and the whole exchange is just soul crushing. How much better would those experiences be if you had someone with this type of enthusiasm taking your order. It's a breath of fresh air and her enthusiasm is clearly infectious. Hopefully Popeyes knows that they have a valuable employee from this.
