I know we live in FloriDUH but for real...what the heck is wrong with people??? If you watch the video below, you can see this dude inappropriately touching himself at a Starbucks in Miami. You can also hear the women telling him to knock it off but obviously this creepo refused to listen.
Eventually the cops were called leading to a chase that ended with the suspect having to be tazed eight times!!! Never a dull moment here in Florida.
