There are a lot of excuses that people make when trying to get out of a speeding ticket but hearing this Florida man blame Putin for his speeding must have been a first for this cop.
It's no surprise that the cop didn't go for this dude's Putin excuse and still wrote him a ticket anyway. So if you get pulled over in the future, learn from this guy and don't blame the fact that you're speeding on world leaders.
