Did this guy not have any cups or bottles in his car to handle his business in?
A man really called the police from his car because he had to pee really badly and there was apparently bad traffic. While this call is funny and everything, it goes without saying that having to use the bathroom is not an appropriate reason to be calling the police.
You can just hear how in disbelief this dispatcher was in, when he heard this dude's reason for calling.
