Have you ever heard of Impossible Muscle Syndrome? Apparently it's a thing you can make happen to your arms if you hold them against a door frame for 30 seconds as hard as you can. Then walk away and your arms will raise automatically. Try it out.

Mo tried it and he was creeped out when it actually started working. It looks like it probably feels weird.
