Ok, I don't have all of the background information on what exactly is going on in this video, but what I do know for sure is that there is a woman pole dancing to the song "Hallelujah" while kids watch on with their parents. It appears to be some other country so who knows, maybe pole dancing in front of kids is normal wherever this is but wow it sure seems strange to me.
