Imagine you are a mile off shore and your boat, with 10 people on board starts taking on water. Everyone puts their life jackets on...the boat eventually capsizes and one passenger keeps his phone dry enough to call 911. Thank goodness! This is why being out on the ocean makes me uneasy!
