A woman is said to be feeding vultures and raccoons in the Ibis Community Country Club of West Palm Beach, Florida and it is creating lots of problems for residents. The woman has been leaving out things like dog food and roasted chicken for the animals, and now the vultures have taken over. Just look at how they are crowded around this person's pool enclosure.
