If you have a cow costume, it could earn you a free meal at Chick-Fil-A today. It's the chicken chain's "Cow Appreciation Day" and customers who show up dressed in full cow attire will get free meals, while those dressed in partial cow attire can get a free entree today for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Chick-Fil-A even has a paper cow costume you can download (See Mo and T.A. demonstrating below).
And we got this photo and e-mail from Diane.
I heard you talking this morning about the Chick-Fil-A promotion. I convinced 10 (8 pictured) co-workers to dress like cows and get a free meal. We called ourselves the MOO CLUB. We went to the Boca Town Center location, walking through Nordstroms to get there. Boca -- Nordstroms – dressed liked cows = hilarious. Thought you might all get a kick out of this photo.
Thanks for all the hard work you all put into making us laugh every morning.
On-Air Weekday Mornings 4 am - 10 am
The Mo & Sally Morning Show started back in 1994 in Roanoke, Virginia. Sally was already part of an existing show on a local station and Mo was the night-time disc jockey. When Sally's partner abruptly quit the station, the program director decided to move Mo into the morning time slot and BOOM,...the show was created.
Station management had no idea Mo & Sally were dating at the time and they weren't exactly thrilled when they found out about the off-air romance. After getting married, Mo & Sally continued to keep their relationship quiet, choosing not to tell their listeners right away. Eventually their secret came out and when they took a job in Richmond, Virginia, they became "a married morning show."
Mo & Sally have been doing their show in South Florida since 1999. They are the longest running morning show in the West Palm Beach market. Tim Allan Walker joined the program in 2005.
