You have to admit it is a great day for us in South Florida when Tiger Woods shows up to play at the Honda Classic.
If you check out his website today you'll see that Tiger is excited to play in his hometown because the Honda Classic does a lot in our community including helping Nicklaus Children's Health Care Foundation. Woods also says one of his charities benifits from the event, "We have a Learning Center at Murray Middle School in Stuart."
Tiger said his plan was to go to the Olympics to support his girlfriend Lindsey Vonn. Lindsey unfortunelty got injured and will not be competing this year. "I had planned to take that week off and travel with Lindsey to Sochi, but unfortunately that won't happen," said Woods.
