A Tropical Storm Watch remains in effect for the east coast of Florida from Fort Pierce to Flagler Beach.

The forecast track has Arthur making a turn to the north on Wednesday, and it's center is expected to stay just offshore and move east of the east-central coast of Florida during the next day or so.
