Testa's restaurant has been a Palm Beach landmark for decades and now it may be going away. The Palm Beach Post says The Palm Beach Daily News is reporting that the Testa family applied for permission from the town to demolish all of their buildings - including their historic restaurant and the Via Testa - on Royal Poinciana Way. The properties include a parking lot on Sunset Avenue and a gas station on Royal Poinciana Way that the family shut down in 2009. The request goes before the Architectural Commission for approval and might be taken up at its May 28th meeting.
