Florida's consumer confidence is reboudning after a sharp drop. The monthly University of Florida survey released on Tuesday shows the state's consumer confidence November figure is six points higher than October when the state's consumer confidence level had fallen to its lowest level in nearly two years. Chris McCarty, Director of the UF center that does t he survey, says consumer sentiment rose after the debate over the federal government shutdown ended. McCarty also says the survey showed more people say it's a good time to buy big-ticket items such as a car. He says that part of the survey was at its highest level since 2007.
