Your chance to pick the brains of some of the best minds in leadership and business is coming in a few weeks to Palm Beach County.  The 2014 World Leaders Conference will feature 17 speakers.

We spoke with Dr. James Davis, President of the World Leaders Conference, who brings this event to West Palm Beach every year.

He says "Every organization comes to a plateau and when we do the capacity of the leader has been defined.  So, what we need to do is how do we build our leadership capacity and the World Leaders Conference is committed to helping business owners grow their business, but to grow it in the right way with the right kind of leadership."

The speakers include:

Ken Blanchard, Henry Cloud, Patrick Lencioni, Katty Kay, Martin Luther King III, H. Wayne Huizenga, Jr. and actor/activist Martin Sheen.

On Sheen's appearance, Davis had this to say: "I watched him speak to over 10,000 students about making a difference in the world and what does it look like to be a servant leader and to stand for a cause that you believe in and have the courage to do so.  We've asked Martin to really challenge our audience about, as a leader, how do you leverage your influence for the greater good?"
