We're one week away from the expected open of the Palm Beach Outlets.

The developer confirms that only five of the 100 stores will not be ready to open on Valentine's Day.  Work continues 24 hours a day on the first phase of the mall, which is going up in place of the old Palm Beach Mall.

The mall has announced a schedule of events to kick things off, including a charity event next Thursday, that will allow you to be among the first to shop the new stores.  The Open Doors To Open Hearts Charity Preview Night costs $20 and the proceeds will go to 20 local charities of which you can choose who to give to.

The ongoing construction along I-95 is the second phase of the project that is slated to open in the fall with 10 big box stores and several smaller stores.
